Meeting Project

FAUX STONES was a nice gathering on February 9, 2020. It was so good to finally get together again as a group. We were quite talkative and a bit louder than usual by we still accomplished some amazing stone look alikes and then some.

MAKING TRANSFERS was the subject for our September 17, 2019 meeting which was something we really had not tried before. Challenging but we all got some really nice transfers.

September 2019 the Guild is displaying at the Ponce de Leon Center in Hot Springs Village, Arkansas. This is our first public display showing the versatility of polymer clay.

MAKING CANES - Feb 2019 Meeting
Here are some pictures (compliments of Sheri Craig) of the various canes we learned to make and some of the steps to get there. I wrote some of the detailed steps down (check the notes on facebook. It was fun to learn about the various cane designs you can create. We certainly had some master pieces here. Thank you Patty and Marlene for teaching us some of these fun canes.
